Artificial Grass & Putting Green for New Build Home

Easigrass Essex & Hertfordshire have recently worked with Saren Homes on a new build house in Brentwood. Our team fitted a total of 240m² of artificial grass to the back and side of the property to create an attractive outdoor space to complement the new home. We installed 208m² of Mayfair grass, along with 32m² of Wentworth in a peanut shape for a putting green inset within the artificial lawn.

The first part of the fitting involved preparing the garden area and getting the uneven ground leveled. This took a total of 37 tonnes of MOT type one stone with 5 tonnes of granite dust. The Easigrass Essex & Hertfordshire team also installed 18 linear metres of sleeper edging to create small flower beds for new plants around the outside of the artificial grass lawn.

The putting green is a fantastic feature at the side of the house, with the elongated shape designed to give the client enough room for chipping onto the putting surface. Our fitting team installed four putting holes and numbered flags for the finishing touches. It took the team 4 days to completely transform the garden area and the finished result looks great!

The client was so pleased with this install that he has asked us to quote on 3 other new homes that Saren Homes are developing – watch this space!
