Easigrass Essex nominated for the Brentwood Business Awards

Last year saw Easigrass Essex recognised for our quality of service and products when we were privately nominated for the Brentwood Business Awards in 2022.

Our managing director was contacted by the Chairman of BCC to tell us that we had been nominated in the small and medium-sized business category.

This special award is designed for small and medium businesses that can show business growth along with leadership and management strategies.

The criteria of this award stated that the small/medium business must have between 2 – 15 employees and have been trading for over 3 years.

Out of 26 companies shortlisted, Easigrass Essex came second in their category.

This was an outstanding result that showed how much our business has grown since 2016.

It also took into account the number of local people we have employed, the outstanding customer service we have given, and the great reviews and recommendations given to our business.

The overall winner of the category was Zest Recycle, who are another outstanding business in the Essex area.

Fraser Donaldson, the MD of Easigrass Essex, said: I was proud to have been recognised, especially as this was the first time we had attended the event, and it shows our dedication to the local area. We were able to bring our team along and showcase what makes our company great – we created a mini garden within the centre so people can see what we do. I’m thrilled to have been asked to become a judge for the 2023 panel for the large companies category. There were over 800 people attending at the Brentwood Centre at the awards ceremony in November 2022.
